Discount 1
Early bird discount: For registration and payment until 31.12.2022 the participant fee is reduced to 439,– € Family discount: From 2 registered participants the amount per person is reduced by 10,- € for children of a family.
Discount 2
For members of the association “IMC Oberwesel e.V.” the amount is reduced by 15,– €. The discount is granted only once per club member, regardless of the number of participating family members. For all participating family members, the processing fees mentioned below for short-term resignation before the start of the camp are waived.
Discount 3
Bring a Friend: Anyone who has already taken part in an IMC Oberwesel camp can recruit new participants. For each newly recruited participant, the recruiter will receive a one-time discount of 15,– € on his participation fee.
Surcharge for double room
We guarantee – subject to availability – accommodation in double or single rooms. The supplement is 50,– € per person in a double room, 100,– € in a single room. Discounts cannot be paid and are only valid in connection with a registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participation in the camp by 15 May 2023 will incur a processing fee of 25,– €. After 15 May 2023, the cancellation costs for the youth hostel will be added, which will amount to up to 50% of the total amount. After the start of the camp, the fee is 100% due.
Registration:Please download the registration form and send it to us by e-mail, fax or post by 15 May 2023 at the latest.You will then receive all further information by e-mail. Due to the limited number of participants, you will first receive a notification of vacancies after registration.The registration will only become effective with the subsequent transfer of the participation fee.
